You have control over certain variables, such as location and price, but you also may make the property attractive to quality tenants in other easy (and even fun) ways. Here are a few tips to showcase your property’s greatest features in the best light and bring in more renters to your Clayton County property.
1. Take High-Quality Photos of the Property
People are visual creatures, and photos will always be the main draw of any ad that you post. Avoid uploading low-quality photos. Take your photos with a digital camera that has a high resolution. Using a flash makes the photos look either fake, white-washed or both.

Don’t forget to list directions with recognizable features. This is a great chance to list nearby assets for people to find the property, such as a quirky coffee shop. “While in town, also try these nearby stops…”
